When you create an account at www.chapter1wines.com, it is required that you accept our Privacy Policy if an order is placed. When checking out as a guest it is required that you accept both our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, it is not possible to place an order without doing so.

We store this data so we can ship the item out to our customers and get in touch if there are any problems with the purchased item/s, we also store this for your own reference of past orders etc. which can be accessed by clicking the “My Account”.
